Peoples of the Black Sea Region have a good and promising potential in Education which may serve as a tool in the modernization of the economies and deeper regional integration. Cooperation in this field among Black Sea countries is preponderant to further enhancing better understanding and more diversified cooperation in the Black Sea. 
 
GENERAL OBJECTIVES

Promoting regional cooperation in the field of Higher Education, joint research projects and programs and greater valorization of the educational potential, encouraging higher student’s mobility and exchange among Member States are main objectives of the activities in this field. Establishing the European Higher Education area according to the objectives set by the Bologna Process is considered as one of the most important issues of cooperation.

FORMS OF ACTIVITIES

Encouragement, promotion and engagement within BSEC and towards others, fostering a dialogue and collaboration with aim to enhance the importance of education in the region. The Action Plan is the main tool to the activities in this field.
