* Article 7: This Memorandum of Understanding will become effective on the first day of the month following the date when eight parties sign it and notify BSEC PERMIS that they complete the legal procedures required for this purpose.
** Under the Laws of the Republic of Serbia memoranda of understanding are not subject to the process of ratification and shall enter into force on the date they have been signed.
