On 4 April 2022 the BSEC PERMIS Secretary General Ambassador Lazar Comanescu held informal online consultations with Mrs. Susanna Zammataro, Director General of the International Road Federation (IRF), with the aim to further coordinate efforts and cooperation, based on the Memorandum of Understanding, signed between BSEC and IRF in 2006. The responsible experts of both entities participated in the event.
