Dear friends of BSEC,
As we bid farewell to 2022, the year of the 30th Anniversary of the BSEC Organization, and are well aware that prosperity without peace is not possible, I would like to reiterate that BSEC is fully devoted to its founding objectives of promoting regional economic cooperation, peace, stability, and prosperity in the wider Black Sea area and will continue to contribute to its best to the well-being of the region in the years to come.
I would also like to seize this opportunity to extend on behalf of the BSEC PERMIS Staff and on my own behalf, all best wishes for the holiday season and wish you all a happy, healthy and prosperous New Year with the hope that peace will soon be restored and good neighborly relations will prevail in the Black Sea Region.
