Permanent International Secretariat

PERMIS
The Permanent International Secretariat (PERMIS) functions under the authority of the Chairmanship-in-Office which is executed by the Secretary General.
The PERMIS was established in March 1994 in Istanbul, considered also as the BSEC Headquarters.
