The BSEC PERMIS Secretary General Ambassador Lazar Comanescu paid a courtesy visit to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Romania H.E. Ms. Luminita Odobescu, in Bucharest on 29 June 2023, and discussed ways to advance economic cooperation and resilience in the Black Sea Region.
