Mr. Giuseppe RIVA, Director Mediterranean Region of “PlasticsEurope” and Mrs. Yağmur CENGİZ, General Manager of the Turkish “National Packaging Waste Recycling Enterprise” (PAGÇEV) visited the BSEC PERMIS Headquarters on 23 October 2019 in order to discuss the possibilities of closer cooperation in what concerns the promotion of various marine litter projects and awareness-raising actions in the wider Black Sea region.
