It is my pleasure and privilege to convey as the Secretary General of the BSEC PERMIS and on behalf of all my colleagues in the Secretariat, my warmest wishes on the occasion of the Black Sea Action Day which marks the 25th anniversary of the signature on 31 October 1996, of the “Black Sea Strategic Action Plan for the Rehabilitation and Protection of the Black Sea”. Let me assure once again that as BSEC PERMIS, we will spare no efforts in working for the well-being and preservation of our marine environment.
