Next week's 42nd Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation marks the end of the highly successful Romanian Chairmanship which lasted an extraordinary 12 months due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Many important issues will be discussed during the CMFA's online meeting on the 27th November 2020, not least the new challenges BSEC has to address as the pandemic continues to spread its effects. The outcome of the discussions will be published as as a press release on the BSEC website .
