The BSEC PERMIS Secretary General Ambassador Lazar Comanescu attended as a guest of honor on 9 June 2022, a concert at Cemal Reşit Rey Hall organized by the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Armenia to BSEC, on the occasion of 20th anniversary of its establishment. The concert was performed by the Armenian National String Quartet Komitas.
