Statement on developments in the BSEC region
The Permanent International Secretariat of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization expresses its deepest concern for the aggravation of developments in its region. These developments affect the efforts for promoting good neighborly relations and mutual economic cooperation among the States of the region in accordance with the principles and ideals of BSEC.
The BSEC PERMIS expresses again the hope that reason will prevail and that the bloodshed and human suffering will stop without delay. An environment conducive to constructive economic cooperation in the region is more than ever necessary.
