BSEC PERMIS condemns in the strongest possible terms the horrible terrorist attack perpetrated in the evening of 22 March at a concert hall in Moscow, resulting in many innocent people killed or injured. PERMIS conveys its deepest condolences to families of the victims and wishes speedy recovery to all those injured.
